How long does it take to start seeing results?
It depends completely on the person, their goal and how much they're willing to put into the coaching. Typically when clients follow our advice they can start to see results from as little as 1-2 weeks into the coaching
How long would you suggest to do the coaching for?
We have clients who take part in the coaching for all sorts of different time frames, it completely depends on you, your goal and what you want from the coaching. Some people need added accountability and find the coaching so beneficial that they stay for a very long time, others just use it as a kickstart and stay for a few months. I typically suggest at least 4 months.
I don't really know what I'm doing, wouldn't I need to see you in person?
NOPE. The online coaching is designed to teach you the ins and outs of everything and is SO much more in-depth than most personal training 1-1's. You have videos and technique walkthroughs of all exercises on the app, and if you ever struggle with anything we can work through it together on a phone call or WhatsApp.
Is it all personalised to my equipment, goal and lifestyle?
Yes. There is nothing generic about this, this is about working together to get you the results you want AND KEEP THEM.
Will I still be able to go out and eat the foods I like?
Yes. We'll talk about how to do this and remain on track, we at TRAINED encourage a balanced lifestyle because this coaching is something we want you to be able to do LONG TERM to actually keep the results you achieve.
How do you get such amazing results with clients?
Our clients and coaches work closely together, we know the ins and outs of all of our clients and why they're doing what they are and what they struggle with most, together we tackle the struggles and we teach them why they're being told to do the things they're doing - so they understand and can enjoy the process without confusion. We work a lot on helping clients change their mindset towards things like dieting and exercise - especially if in the past they've yo-yo dieted a lot or not seen results for a long time.
I know what I'm doing, I just think it's about accountability, is the coaching still for me?
Even the best athletes in the world have coaches, it takes the thinking out of things for them and makes them see things from another view. Also, we can all benefit from being accountable, so yes!
Why should I invest in your coaching?
Because we care about you. You're not just a number to us.
Will I be coached by you personally?
Once you sign up to the coaching we as a team will decide which coach will be best suited to you. The whole point is we want you to be with a coach who can get you the best results in the most efficient way possible! That may mean you will work personally with me.
Do you currently have spaces to join?
Yes but not for long. We cap our client spaces so we can offer the best service possible to our clients.
